The Sukhoi S-70 Okhotnik-B is Russia's advanced heavy stealth unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV). Developed jointly by Sukhoi and MiG, it features a tailless flying-wing design to evade radar and uses internal weapon bays for precision strikes.Its primary role is to serve as a autonomous "loyal wingman" for the Su-57 fighter jet, extending radar coverage and executing strikes under pilot command. Though designed for stealth and electronic warfare, a high-profile operational failure occurred in October 2024 when an S-70 prototype lost control over Ukraine and was intentionally shot down by its own escort jet to prevent western capture.
